We study your location, market, and competition, talk through any theme you have in mind, and define your target guest and sleeping capacity. Then we lock an overall furniture and labor budget.
Design & layout
We design for flow, function, and capacity. If the place sleeps eight, there are eight comfortable beds, enough seating, and a table that fits the group.
Sourcing
Then we source pieces that are durable, easy to replace, and photograph well, within the agreed upon budget.
Turnkey install
We handle procurement, delivery, and install, right through professional cleaning and the listing photo shoot. Your rental is ready to list and host in 6 to 12 weeks.
