Pricing for Short Term Rental Interior Design
Airbnb designs go faster than classic design, therefore the pricing is different from classic residential design. There are less back and forth involved as the goal is to set up the property to be ready for guests as soon as possible. Michael Intérieurs offers full service from designing your Airbnb to installing, styling and photography.
Pricing starts from base fees for a 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom and builds upon that based on the number of bedrooms to design and furnish overall. Backyard, patio, other rooms and game ones will add cost as well.
We can also guide you on the required furniture budget based on the sized of the property. It is advised to plan your budget accordingly to properly furnish the home with all the necessities and furniture that guests will expect. An empty home or missing kitchen utensils are details that could lead to a bad guest experience and therefore lower ratings.
