Our pricing for interior design are straightforward and transparent. They are based on the level of service you are looking for along with the scope of your project.

For short-term rental interior design, we offer a straightforward pricing split between a virtual/DIY friendly phase and an installation phase. Those projects go fast and allow for back and forth on each individual items, therefore our designer fees are lower than residential ones.

For residential projects, rental-friendly or renovations, we offer three distinct tiers with clear and simple pricing. You can choose the level of service that best fits your needs and budget and that will match your expectations.

Short-Term Rental Interior Design Pricing

Starting at $8,700 for:

  • a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom home
  • 2,000 sqft
  • a furniture and labor budget of $22,500 (suggested minimum)
  • guest ready installation
