Simple pricing for design that pays for itself.
Our interior design pricing is simple: pick the level of service you want. Every price is a flat design fee you see up front, with a furniture budget we plan together and you approve before we buy a thing.

Interior design pricing, by level of service
Three ways to work together on your own home, a rental-friendly refresh, or a renovation. Pick how hands-on you want us to be.
Three ways to design a rental that books, from a plan you install yourself to a fully furnished, guest-ready home.
Every price is a design fee. Furniture, finishes, lighting, decor, and labor sit in a separate budget you own and approve, planned with you up front so nothing is a surprise. Take the quiz and we will estimate both for your space.
The design fee is the cheapest part of getting it right
Good design is not a decoration cost. It is what stands between a rental that sits and one that books, or a home you tolerate and one you love. Here is where the money goes to work.
You skip the expensive mistakes
The $3,000 sofa that turns out wrong for the room. The second and third furniture orders. The returns and restocking fees. One plan, bought once, costs far less than months of trial and error.
It is built to perform
A short-term rental that photographs well books more nights at a higher rate, so the design pays for itself. A home is designed around how you actually live in it, not just how it looks in one photo.
You get your time back
We handle the sourcing, the vendors, the deliveries, and the install. You approve the plan and the budget, then skip the part that quietly eats your evenings and weekends.
From “where do I start” to done
Whichever level you choose, the path is the same. You always see the price and approve the budget before anything is bought.
Tell us about your space
Take the quiz or book a discovery call. We scope the project and give you a clear price, no guesswork and no hourly billing.
We design and price it
A mood board, layouts, and an itemized budget you sign off on, line by line, before we buy a single thing.
You pick the level
Install it yourself with the plan, or hand the whole thing to us and we source, deliver, and install it for you.
Pricing, answered plainly
It depends on the level of service and the scope. Residential starts at $500 per room for the Quick Fix, from $1,000 for a virtual plan, and from $1,200 for full-service. Short-term rental design starts at $4,000 for design only, and $8,700 for a full turnkey setup. Take the quiz for an estimate.
Quick Fix is one price per room with a designer guiding you as you go. Virtual is a complete design and shoppable plan you install yourself. Full-service is hands-off, we design, source, and install the whole thing for you.
No. The listed prices are design fees. Furniture, finishes, lighting, decor, and labor sit in a separate budget you own and approve. For a turnkey short-term rental, a realistic starting furniture and labor budget is around $22,500.
Rentals move faster, and the fee is split between a virtual and DIY design phase and an installation phase, with room for back and forth on individual pieces. That keeps the designer fee lower than a comparable residential project.
Take the design quiz. It asks about your space, your goals, and your budget, then gives you an estimate of the right level of service and the expected design fee.
Yes. The virtual package delivers a complete design and shoppable plan online, for short-term rentals and residential homes, so you can install it yourself anywhere in the country.
