Our full-service interior design is a seamless experience from design concept to installation. The first steps of the process are similar to the virtual design package and is remote friendly. The design phase can be handled in person and virtually through video and phone calls, texts and emails. This phase includes a couple of revisions.
The additional steps of procurement, deliveries, installation and styling will be handled in person by Michael Intérieurs for a stress free implementation.

Pricing
The full-service interior design pricing is based on the virtual interior design package price plus a 20% commission on all products and services purchased by Michael Intérieurs.

Example of Project Overall Cost
For a kitchen renovation, the example of costs below is for illustration purpose only. It gives an idea of the total budget needed for kitchen remodeling.
- Kitchen Design Package = $3,500
- Contractor: labor cost of $25,000 + design fees of $5,000 for project management & coordination
- Materials, finishes and furniture: kitchen cabinets, tiles, countertop, plumbing fixtures, lighting = $25,000 + design fees of $5000 for procurement and deliveries coordination
TOTAL = $63,500 including interior design fees of $13,500.
